Garland Construction Methods
Center Twist Garland
This garland is constructed using a single long leaf twisted into the core at its center. It represents a more traditional manufacturing method, but has declined in popularity due to customer preferences for more refined aesthetics.
End Twist Garland
This garland features individually cut leaves that are twisted into the garland’s core during assembly. It offers a more attractive outward appearance than the center twist style. However, each leaf creates a small sharp point where it connects to the core, which may affect handling and comfort.
End Wrapped Garland
This garland uses individually cut leaves that are wrapped into the core using PP yarn. This technique results in a soft, flexible core without sharp points, offering the most polished look among the three styles. It is also the most labor-intensive and therefore the most expensive option.
Garlands made by Tree Classics International (Holiday Tree) are normally End Twist garlands. If you want other garland types, you must request it separately and inform the factory in advance in order for us to accommodate you.
