Hinge Tree Construction

The modern and time-saving construction method for artificial Christmas trees. Also known as the ‘umbrella style’ tree.

Each tree comes in several sections with the branches attached to a hinge on the tree pole. These branches will open into their proper position each time. Hinge trees allow for faster assembly and disassembly than hook-on trees, saving time during the setup. Branches and leaves must still be shaped for best results.

Because hinge trees come in pre-assembled sections, the shipping carton for each tree is larger. In addition, larger trees will have more sections, and the sections will be heavier and awkward to handle. The weight of these sections may also cause crushing of leaves if the tree is not stored properly.

All trees are sold with tree stands, and come with an instruction manual.
Replacement parts (such as branches or hinge sockets) can be individually purchased from the factory.
