What should I know before placing orders?
If you are accessing our catalog website please register to be a vendor before placing orders.
If you have access to our wholesale website, the prices which you see are FOB Bangkok (Free on Board) and are for a minimum of a 20' container.
We understand some customers wish to mix multiple items within a container, and we welcome customers to do so as long as the request is within reason.
If you wish to buy less than a 20' container, we are also happy to sell you on an ex-work basis with the same prices. You will be responsible for the pickup from our factory. Please contact us directly before finalizing your order at info@treeclassics.co.th
Can your products be used in the EU? US?
Yes. The materials we use are all approved for importation into the EU. If you purchase from us we are happy to provide you the necessary paperwork. Customers who have access to our wholesale platform are able to download paperwork directly.

Can you arrange shipping for me?
We can arrange freight for you from Thailand at the market price. Freight is 100% prepaid and subject to a service fee.
Can I buy just one tree? Or less than a container load?
Sure! We have the ability to send trees directly via FedEx from Thailand when we aren't busy (but you're paying for it!) but frankly speaking, it'll probably be cheaper to buy it locally from over of our many distributors.
Contact us directly and let us know your region and we'll be happy to introduce you to our closest customer.
If you want us to ship LCL (less container load), we are able to accommodate that as well provided you're willing to cover the shipping.
Can I customize my tree? Add lights? Add cones?
As a factory, we are well equipped to customize trees. Sometimes decorators and department stores have specific size requirements for goods - and we work together to design and create the appropriate goods.
However as we work on a volume business, small customizations without volume may drastically effect the price as we would be asking our sample department to make the trees custom for you.

Do you sell spare parts?
Yes, we are happy to sell you spare parts.
In order to ensure the parts are compatible, please always specify the year you purchased the goods, and what model number the tree is.
In the case of branches, please indicate color of the branches.
Please note that spare parts for lights can be arranged, but there may be slight differences in color due to different LED batches.
